The NGO School of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, Azerbaijan National Platform, organized the training under the project "Strengthening mechanisms to achieve sustainability of CSOs in Azerbaijan (SMART CSOs in Azerbaijan)." The training, titled "Master Training on Dialogue Strategies and Tools," aimed to enhance the capabilities of civil society representatives.

Led by Zaur Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Social Economic Research Center and a member of the Supervisory Board of the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations in Azerbaijan, the sessions involved engaging discussions with participants. The focus was on elucidating the core issues and devising approaches for fostering positive changes.

The interactive training facilitated the exchange of ideas on grasping the essence of problems, defining necessary changes to address issues, and exploring the theory of change. Additionally, participants gained insights into effective dialogue and negotiation skills, along with strategies for achieving mutually beneficial solutions.
