Goals and objectives of the project:

Overall goals

•    Assessment of the implementation of labor legislation during the quarantine period related with the COVID-19 pandemic;
•    Ensuring access to quality legal assistance, promotion of appeals for the restoration of violated rights of employees by providing legal assistance to organize more effective protection of legal rights and interests, support the establishment of the legal system and the rule of law.

Project results:
The results of the project will be evaluated according to the following criteria.
•    At least 100 people benefited from legal aid and advice.
Preparation of an assessment document on the status of compliance with labor legislation in the extractive sector.
